Soccer Game Preview: Norfolk Christian vs. Steward

The Norfolk Christian Ambassadors will square off against the Steward Spartans at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Norfolk Christian's last four matches have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

Steward will have to contend with a Norfolk Christian team hungry for a victory, something the squad hasn't seen since March 26. Norfolk Christian and Norfolk Collegiate finished up on equal footing with a 1-1 draw on Thursday.

The Ambassadors' goal came courtesy of Pilar Hernandez, who's now up to five this season.

Meanwhile, Steward has also been struggling lately as the team is still hunting for their first win of the season. They fell just short of Virginia Episcopal School by a score of 1-0 on Saturday.

Norfolk Christian's draw gives them a new season record of 1-6-4. As for Steward, their loss dropped their record down to 0-7-2.
