Soccer Recap: Warwick Starts off Right with Win over Manor

Warwick had to kick off their season on the road on Monday, but they showed no ill effects. They blew past the Manor Mustangs 7-1. The match was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 4-0.

Warwick's offense was hitting Manor from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Abdul Mokhtar led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for three goals all by himself.

This is the second loss in a row for Manor and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Warwick wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, a 1-0 loss against Kecoughtan on the 25th. As for Manor, they have also already played their next game, a 5-0 defeat against Granby on the 26th.
