St. Thomas More had already won five in a row and they went ahead and made it six on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Hot Springs Bison. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in August.

St. Thomas More walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the first set). The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-16, 25-16.

Despite the loss, Hot Springs saw an underclassman step up: freshman Abby Simons had five aces and three digs. Those five aces set a new season-high mark for Simons. Brynley Erickson also deserves some recognition as she posted her first assist of the season.

St. Thomas More's win bumped their record up to 13-3. As for Hot Springs, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-8 record this season.
