Basketball Recap: Gretna Gets the Win

On Saturday, the Gretna Dragons beat the Standing Bear Grizzlies 56-48. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Dragons.

Gretna's victory bumped their record up to 9-13. As for Standing Bear, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests, which has put a noticeable dent in their 4-14 record this season.

Coming up, Gretna is taking a road trip to take on Bishop Heelan Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Standing Bear, they will host York on Tuesday. Standing Bear is facing York at the right time seeing as York is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
