Basketball Recap: Plainview Comes Up Short

If Plainview was feeling good fresh off their 53-29 takedown of Little River Academy on Saturday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Bulldogs lost to the Monterey Plainsmen at home by a 63-48 margin on Tuesday. The Bulldogs have struggled against the Plainsmen recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive lost matchup.

Plainview's loss dropped their record down to 6-5. As for Monterey, their win was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 11-5.
