Basketball Recap: Ashby Takes a Loss

Ashby was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They were beaten by the Hancock Owls 86-55. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Arrows this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 71-65 back in January.

Ashby's loss dropped their record down to 9-11. As for Hancock, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 10-9.

Coming up, Ashby will challenge Wheaton at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Hancock, they will take on Parkers Prairie at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
