 Independence is 10-0 against Ridgeview since April of 2019, and they'll have a chance to extend that success  on Thursday. The Independence Falcons will head out on the road to  take on  the Ridgeview Wolf Pack at 4:00  p.m. Independence will be hoping to continue their three-game streak of scoring more  runs each  contest than the last.
 Independence can now show off eight landslide victories after their most recent  matchup  on Tuesday. They put the hurt on Ridgeview with a sharp  9-2 win.
  Andrea Barajas spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered  just two earned runs on ten hits. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't  pitched less than five  innings in 16 consecutive pitching appearances.
 On the hitting side, Independence let  Maylea Lutu and  Isabella Harrison loose on the outfield. Lutu  scored three  runs and  stole a base while going 2-for-4, while  Harrison  scored two  runs and  stole two bases while going 3-for-4. Another player making a difference was  Jada Quezada, who  went 3-for-4 with two  RBI.
 Independence's victory  ended  a  three-game drought at home  and  bumped them up to 10-11-1. As for Ridgeview, they are  on  a  nine-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 7-15.
