Football Recap: Dynamic Duo of Kendrick Turner and Travis Turner Lead Bellville to Victory

After only seven points in their last game, Bellville made sure to put some points up on the board against Sealy on Friday. The Brahmas enjoyed a cozy 35-20 win over the Tigers. The victory continues a trend for the Brahmas in their matchups with the Tigers: they've now won five in a row.

This one was won in the trenches and the lion's share of the credit has to go to Travis Turner and Kendrick Turner. Travis rushed for 104 yards and two TDs on only eight carries while Kendrick rushed for 108 yards and a pair of scores. Travis' longest rush was for an impressive 63 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total. Bellville also got a significant boost from Rody Luera, who ran away from the competition to the tune of 86 yards.
