Prairie Central came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Bloomington Central Catholic Saints, falling 54-28. The contest marked the Hawks' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Prairie Central has been struggling recently as they've lost 11 of their last 12 matches, which has put a noticeable dent in their 7-20 record this season. As for Bloomington Central Catholic, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 17-11.

Prairie Central didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 54-43 loss against Eureka on the 14th. As for Bloomington Central Catholic, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 45-44 win against St. Anthony on the 14th.
