Baseball Recap: Copper Hills Grizzlies vs. Mountain Ridge Sentinels

Copper Hills was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the Mountain Ridge Sentinels, falling 12-4. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Sentinels this season, with their most recent defeat being a 10-0 loss on Wednesday.

Kooper Beebe was cooking despite his team's loss, going a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, three RBI, and two doubles. Ryder Sanchez also deserves some recognition as he got his first hit of the season.

Copper Hills' defeat dropped their record down to 13-8. As for Mountain Ridge, they pushed their record up to 14-5 with the win, which was their seventh straight on the road.
