Volleyball Recap: Tomahawk Gets the Win + How To Watch

The Tomahawk Hatchets sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 win over the Abbotsford Falcons on Thursday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Hatchets.

Siennah Calkins paced Tomahawk's offense, picking up 15 kills. Calkins got some help from Shelby Borowski and her 22 assists. Borowski also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Jessica Gebauer, each putting up two.

Tomahawk now has a winning record of 12-11. As for Abbotsford, their loss dropped their record down to 14-10.

Tomahawk has already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Newman Catholic on the 25th. As for Abbotsford, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Antigo on the 25th.
