Jackson Simmons Game Report: vs Sullivan East

On Friday, Unicoi County got the W thanks in part to Jackson Simmons playing the best basketball he has all season. Simmons went 10 for 17 on his way to 34 points and three steals. The effort marked the most points he has had since back in February of 2024. He continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played.

Simmons and Unicoi County will challenge David Crockett at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Blue Devils had to take a loss when they last met the Pioneers, but Simmons had little to do with the loss: he went 8 of 16 en route to 26 points and five boards.
