            Softball Recap: Roosevelt Bears vs. Pinckney Pirates        
        
		
        
        
            Roosevelt owes their pitching crew a big pat on the back after their performance on Saturday. They came out on top against the Pinckney Pirates by a score of  4-0. The  win made it back-to-back  victories for the Bears.
Not much got past  Ellie Isenegger, who gave up just  five  hits and racked up six Ks to keep Pinckney off the board.
 At the plate,  the team  relied heavily on  Jordan Passuth, who  went a perfect 1-for-1 with one  stolen base, one  run,  and one  double. The team also got some help courtesy of  Tegyn Gourlay, who  went 1-for-3 with one  triple, one  run,  and one  RBI.

 Looking ahead, Roosevelt will challenge Anderson at 4:30  p.m.  on Monday. As for Pinckney, they will take on Whiteford in a tournament  on Saturday.
