After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Yucca Valley, Desert Hot Springs was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They put the hurt on the Desert Mirage RAMS with a sharp 20-10 victory. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Golden Eagles considering their two-run performance the matchup before.

Desert Hot Springs' win ended a six-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-3. As for Desert Mirage, they are on an 11-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.
