Baseball Recap: Mt. Markham Comes Up Short

Mt. Markham was the 16-7 winner over Adirondack when they last played one another back in May of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Mustangs fell 4-1 to the Wildcats on Saturday. The Mustangs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Mt. Markham's defeat dropped their record down to 4-4-1. As for Adirondack, their victory ended a five-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-7.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Mt. Markham will challenge Canastota at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Adirondack, they will head out to challenge Waterville at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
