Basketball Recap: Payette Takes a Loss

Payette lost against Fruitland back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Payette Pirates took a 66-48 bruising from the Fruitland Grizzlies.

Payette's loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 4-11. As for Fruitland, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 7-7.

Payette has already played their next game, a 52-34 defeat against McCall-Donnelly on the 17th. As for Fruitland, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 59-52 victory against Cole Valley Christian on the 17th.
