Basketball Game Preview: Bremerton Knights vs. Bainbridge Spartans

Bremerton and Bainbridge are an even 3-3 against one another since January of 2022, but not for long. The Bremerton Knights will head out to challenge the Bainbridge Spartans at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Bremerton knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past four games -- so hopefully Bainbridge likes a good challenge.

Bremerton is headed into the match after thoroughly thrashing North Mason: they outscored them in every quarter. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that Bremerton blew North Mason out of the water with a 97-35 final score. With the Knights ahead 52-20 at the half, the contest was all but over already.

Meanwhile, Bainbridge suffered their biggest defeat since January 19th on Friday. They came up short against Sequim, falling 69-46. The game marked the Spartans' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Bremerton's win was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 4-0. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 52 points. As for Bainbridge, they now have a losing record at 2-3.

Bremerton strolled past Bainbridge in their previous meeting back in January by a score of 66-48. The rematch might be a little tougher for Bremerton since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
