Basketball Game Preview: Madison Bulldogs vs. Dell Rapids Quarriers

Madison and Dell Rapids are an even 5-5 against one another since January of 2017, but not for long. The Madison Bulldogs will host the Dell Rapids Quarriers at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.

Last Friday, Madison lost to Flandreau on the road by a 60-46 margin. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Dell Rapids was fully in charge on Monday, breezing past Parker 61-32. That looming 61-32 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Quarriers yet this season.

Dell Rapids is also on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 7-5 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.0 points per game. As for Madison, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 5-4.
