Ridgeline is 9-1 against Mountain Crest since April of 2022 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Riverhawks will challenge the Mustangs at 3:30 p.m. Ridgeline is coming into the contest hot, having won their last four games.
On Monday, Ridgeline made easy work of Logan and carried off a 10-1 win. The result was nothing new for the Riverhawks, who have now won nine games by eight runs or more so far this season.
Oaklee Richards spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned run on five hits.
At the plate, Jerzee Jensen was excellent, going 3-for-4 with one run, one double, and one RBI. That's the most hits she has posted since back in March of 2025. The team also got some help courtesy of Elzie Hollingsworth, who went 2-for-3 with two RBI and one run.
Ridgeline hit smart and finished the game with only one strikeout. The team has now struck out at least four batters in three consecutive matchups.
Meanwhile, after soaring to 12 runs the game before, Mountain Crest was a bit more limited in their contest on Saturday. They fell just short of Grantsville by a score of 3-2.
Mountain Crest saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Allee Carlston, who went 2-for-3 with two RBI.
Ridgeline's record now sits at 19-8. As for Mountain Crest, their loss dropped their record down to 14-13.
Ridgeline came up short against Mountain Crest when the teams last played on April 7th, falling 4-1. Can the Riverhawks avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
