Softball Recap: LAMP Comes Up Short

LAMP was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss. They came up short against the Montgomery Catholic Knights, falling 9-0. Considering the last time the Golden Tigers couldn't score was back in February, the team can't take the result too hard.

LAMP's defeat dropped their record down to 3-14. As for Montgomery Catholic, their victory ended an eight-game drought at home and bumped them up to 11-21.

LAMP has already played their next matchup (against Montgomery Academy), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Montgomery Catholic, they will head out to challenge Booker T. Washington at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
