Football Recap: Kennedy Comes Up Short

Kennedy suffered their biggest defeat since September 6, 2024 on Thursday. They were outmatched by the San Pedro Pirates and fell 52-13. The Cougars were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 45-7.

Although Kennedy took the loss, they still got scores from Jared Nathey and Diego Montes.

Kennedy's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for San Pedro, the win also got them back to even at 1-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Kennedy will take on Canyon at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for San Pedro, they are headed away from home for the first time to square off against Great Oak at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
