Football Recap: Randolph Comes Up Short

Randolph extended their losing streak (dating back to last season) to eight on Friday, dropping them down to 0-6. They had to suffer through a 34-7 loss at the hands of the Warren Hills Regional Blue Streaks. The Rams were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Blue Streaks apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

As for Warren Hills Regional, the win got them back to even at 3-3. They might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three games by 27 points or more this season.

Cohl Stevens was his usual excellent self, throwing for 178 yards and three touchdowns while completing 72.2% of his passes, and also rushing for 108 yards on only 11 carries. Warren Hills Regional's leading receiver Mekhi Garrett was Stevens' top target yet again, picking up 45 receiving yards, while also rushing for 68 yards.

Looking ahead, Randolph will venture away from home to square off against Roxbury at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Warren Hills Regional, they will welcome Parsippany Hills at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
