Football Recap: Rosamond Roadrunners vs. Knight Hawks
After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Big Bear, Rosamond was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They came out on top against the Knight Hawks by a score of 36-28.
Ty'Shawn Flowers had an outrageously good game as he rushed for 127 yards and three touchdowns on only 11 carries, and also threw for 67 yards and a touchdown on only six passes. Another player making a difference was Robert Evans, who rushed for 157 yards and a touchdown while picking up 8.7 yards per carry.
Rosamond's defense was in the mix too, especially the secondary: they snagged two passes before it was all said and done. The picks came courtesy of Mykhale Johnson and Amari Franklin. Another thorn in Knight's side was Jacob Fraser, who made 19 total tackles (3.0 for loss).
