Basketball Recap: Stringer's Win Ends Nine-Game Losing Streak on the Road

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Sylva Bay Academy, Stringer was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Clarkdale Bulldogs, sneaking past 22-20. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Red Devils as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.

Stringer's victory ended a nine-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-12. As for Clarkdale, they are on a 25-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-11.

Stringer and Enterprise will compete for holiday cheer at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Clarkdale, they are taking a road trip to square off against Noxapater at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Clarkdale is facing Noxapater at the right time seeing as Noxapater is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
