Basketball Recap: Stephen-Argyle Central Takes a Loss

Stephen-Argyle Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They took a 53-43 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Grafton Spoilers. While losing is never fun, the Storm can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' basketball rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 248th in Minnesota, while the Spoilers are ranked 56th in North Dakota).

Stephen-Argyle Central's defeat dropped their record down to 7-12. As for Grafton, their victory bumped their record up to 8-14.

Coming up, Stephen-Argyle Central will head out on the road to square off against Northern Freeze co-op [Marshall County Central/Tri-County] at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Grafton has already played their next match (against Four Winds/Minnewaukan), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
