Franklin Road Christian's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Gracie Tidwell led the charge by scoring nine points along with 11 rebounds and three steals. Tidwell has been hot recently, having posted eight or more rebounds the last ten times she's played. Another player making a difference was Kylie Ward, who scored seven points along with seven rebounds.
Pleasant View Christian bumped their record down to 4-7 with that loss, which was their third straight on the road. Those losses could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 20.0 points per game. As for Franklin Road Christian, their win bumped their record up to 15-4.
