Softball Preview: Elkhorn Elks vs. Waterford Wolverines
The Elkhorn Elks are taking a road trip to face off against the Waterford Wolverines at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Elkhorn will be looking to extend their current five-game winning streak.
On Wednesday, Elkhorn needed a bit of extra time to put away Janesville Parker. They had just enough and edged out the Vikings 5-4. While the Elks didn't have the best season last year (they finished 6-20), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.
