Meanwhile, New Hope Academy National won against Severn School on Monday with 63 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Thursday. New Hope Academy National managed a 63-57 victory over Pallotti. The win was nothing new for the Tigers as they're now sitting on three straight.

Glenelg Country better focus on containing Uriah Augare-Deal and Haki Muhammed II as the pair were huge in New Hope Academy National's win. Augare-Deal dropped a double-double on 15 points and 11 boards, while Muhammed II posted 19 points. The match was Muhammed II's 19th in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Isrial Braxton, who earned seven points.

New Hope Academy National smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with ten offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive boards in three consecutive contests.
