Basketball Game Preview: Pungo Christian Academy Raiders vs. Northeast Academy Eagles

Pungo Christian Academy is on a four-game streak of home losses, Northeast Academy a five-game streak of away losses dating back to last season, but someone's luck will change on Thursday. The Pungo Christian Academy Raiders will welcome the Northeast Academy Eagles at 7:30 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Last Tuesday, Pungo Christian Academy came up short against Ridgecroft and fell 79-66.

Meanwhile, Northeast Academy played a tough matchup last Tuesday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They had to suffer through a 82-40 loss at the hands of Lawrence Academy. The Eagles were down 51-31 at the end of the third quarter, and things only got worse from there.

Pungo Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 6-11. As for Northeast Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-6.
