Mineral Wells got themselves on the board against Burkburnett on Thursday, but Burkburnett never followed suit. They blew past the Burkburnett Bulldogs 9-0. The Rams might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine games by eight runs or more this season.

Mineral Wells pushed their record up to 11-5 with the victory, which was their eighth straight at home. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 11 runs. As for Burkburnett, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-15.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Mineral Wells will welcome Brock at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Burkburnett, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Lake Worth at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
