New Bremen's game on Saturday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. They blew past the Emmanuel Christian Academy Lions 14-4. The Cardinals might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven contests by six runs or more this season.

New Bremen has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games. That's provided a massive bump to their 13-9 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.7 runs over those games. As for Emmanuel Christian Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 11-13.

Coming up, New Bremen will head out on the road to challenge Allen East at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Mustangs' pitching crew has only allowed 3.7 runs per game this season, so the Cardinals' hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Emmanuel Christian Academy, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Triad at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
