Softball Recap: Dobyns-Bennett Comes Up Short

If Dobyns-Bennett was feeling good fresh off their 13-3 takedown of Morristown-Hamblen East on Wednesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Indians fell 5-1 to the Science Hill Hilltoppers on Thursday. The Indians were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Hilltoppers earlier this season, when they won 13-3.

Dobyns-Bennett now has a losing record of 10-11. As for Science Hill, they are on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 12 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-3 record this season.
