Football Recap: Ida B. Wells Falls to Clackamas in First Game of Season + How To Watch

Ida B. Wells kicked off their season on the road on Friday and hit a couple of potholes. They lost 58-36 to the Clackamas Cavaliers. If the Guardians were looking for revenge after losing 27-16 to the Cavaliers when the teams met back in September of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Clackamas' victory was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 1-1.

Looking ahead, Ida B. Wells will host Dallas at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Clackamas, they will head out to square off against Glencoe at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
