Baseball Recap: Jordan Comes Up Short

Jordan was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They came up short against the Millikan Rams, falling 10-0. The game marked the first time this season in which the Panthers were not able to get on the board.

Jordan's loss dropped their record down to 5-5-1. As for Millikan, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-4.

Coming up, Jordan will welcome Compton at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Jordan is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.3 runs per game this season. As for Millikan, they will challenge Long Beach Poly at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Millikan's pitching crew has only allowed 2.8 runs per game this season, so Long Beach Poly's hitters will have their work cut out for them.
