Baseball Recap: Beulah Bobcats vs. Randolph County Tigers
There's no place like home for Beulah, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Monday. They blew past the Randolph County Tigers 14-1 on Tuesday. The high-scoring effort was just what the Bobcats needed considering they were shut out in their previous match.

Sye Siggers was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He pitched four innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits. That's the fewest hits he has allowed since back in February of 2024. He was also big at the plate, scoring two runs and stealing Two bases. while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances. Those two stolen bases gave him a new career-high.
In other batting news, Beulah got a big performance out of Brady Blackston, who scored three runs while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances. That's the most runs Blackston has posted since back in February of 2024. Jadin Hancock was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-4.
Beulah always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .562. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Randolph County only posted an OBP of .200.
Beulah's record is now 5-3. As for Randolph County, they dropped their record down to 1-8 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road.
Looking ahead, Beulah will be playing at home against Horseshoe Bend at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. We've got a battle between Tigers coming up.
