Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Wayne). They blew past the Meadowdale Lions 70-41 on Saturday. The win was familiar territory for the Warriors who have now won four matches in a row.

Wayne's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Myles Perkins led the charge by going 6 of 9 on his way to 15 points. Another player making a difference was Jay'Sean Price, who went 6 for 11 en route to 15 points.

Wayne is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last ten contests, which provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season. As for Meadowdale, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 6-9.

Wayne has already played their next game, a 59-55 loss against Beavercreek on the 28th. As for Meadowdale, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 60-47 victory against Belmont on the 28th.
