Volleyball Recap: Augusta Beavers vs. Gilman Pirates
Augusta was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Gilman Pirates.
Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-13.
Augusta's loss dropped their record down to 2-12. As for Gilman, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 14-10.
Augusta will square off against Cochrane-Fountain City at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Gilman has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Owen-Withee on the 12th.
