Volleyball Recap: Tekamah-Herman Find Success

Tekamah-Herman won the last time they faced Bancroft-Rosalie, and Maryn Paul did her part to make sure it happened again. The Tigers came out on top in a nail-biter against the Panthers on Thursday, sneaking past 2-1 for which the team can thank Paul, who had 16 digs and four aces. Paul is crushing it when it comes to digs: she's had at least ten every time she's taken the court this season.

Despite the defeat, Bancroft-Rosalie saw an underclassman step up: freshman Jaylynn James had ten digs.

Tekamah-Herman's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Bancroft-Rosalie, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Tekamah-Herman didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Bergan Catholic on the 6th. As for Bancroft-Rosalie, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against North Bend Central on the 4th.
