Football Recap: C.B. Aycock Comes Up Short + How To Watch

C.B. Aycock fell victim to Southern Nash and their airtight defense on Friday. They were beaten by the Firebirds 35-0. The Golden Falcons have struggled against the Firebirds recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Southern Nash's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Camron Lyons led the charge by rushing for 157 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 9.2 yards per carry. Those three rushing touchdowns gave Lyons a new career-high. Dj Baker also helped out as he racked up 202 rushing yards.

C.B. Aycock now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Southern Nash, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 5-1.
