If Fuquay-Varina wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Garner, they should've done a better job of containing Trinity Dunn. The Trojans enjoyed a cozy 60-43 win over the Bengals on Monday thanks in part to Dunn, who dropped a double-double with 27 points and 16 rebounds. She is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in each of the last 18 games she's played.

Despite the loss, Fuquay-Varina still got an impressive performance from Abigail Meaney, who posted 15 points. Meaney continues to improve, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. Another player making a difference was Jaaziah Armstrong, who scored six points.

Garner now has a winning record of 12-11. As for Fuquay-Varina, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-13 record this season.

Garner has already played their next game, a 74-67 victory against Southeast Raleigh on the 18th. Fuquay-Varina does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
