Volleyball Recap: St. Francis Takes a Loss

St. Francis lost against Brother Rice on May 1st, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Spartans fell 2-0 to the Crusaders.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-15.

St. Francis' loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 13-21. As for Brother Rice, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 28-6 record this season.

St. Francis will take on Lyons at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Brother Rice, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Marist on the 19th.
