Basketball Recap: Milford Takes a Loss

Milford was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They were beaten by the Georgetown-Ridge Farm Buffaloes 63-35. The Bearcats were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 38-9.

Milford's defeat dropped their record down to 2-17. As for Georgetown-Ridge Farm, their win ended a ten-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 3-16.

Milford will challenge South Newton at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Georgetown-Ridge Farm, they will face off against Westville at 6:45 p.m. on Saturday. Westville will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Georgetown-Ridge Farm surely won't give up without a fight.
