If Chuckey-Doak wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Pigeon Forge, they should've done a better job of containing  Ayden Hood. The Tigers walked away with  a   25-18  victory over the Black Knights  on Friday thanks in part to  Hood, who rushed for 287 yards and four  scores while picking up 10.3 yards per carry. Pigeon Forge is 3-1 when  Hood posts 80 or  more  rushing yards, but 0-5 otherwise.
 Pigeon Forge didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. In fact, those interceptions all came courtesy of defensive juggernaut  Aven Mitchell.
Pigeon Forge's win  ended  a  four-game drought at home  dating back to last season and  bumped them up to 3-6. As for Chuckey-Doak, they have  traveled a rocky road recently, having  lost five of their last six games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-5 record  this season.
 Pigeon Forge will take on Claiborne at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. As for Chuckey-Doak, they will face off against Gatlinburg-Pittman at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. The Black Knights will need to watch out since the Highlanders have now posted at least 31  points  in their last six matchups.
