Trego skates past Stockton with ease

The Trego Golden Eagles can now show off five landslide victories after their most recent matchup on Monday. They breezed by Stockton on the road to the tune of 49-21. That 28 points margin sets a new team best for Trego this season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Trego to victory, but perhaps none more so than Tegan Lang, who scored 12 points along with three steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Lang has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Makenna Flax, who scored ten points along with four steals.

Trego's win was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 9-3. As for Stockton, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-3 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Trego will take on Thomas More Prep-Marian at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Stockton, they the luxury of staying home another game and will welcome Lincoln on January 30th.
