Basketball Game Preview: St. Mary Eagles vs. Bear Lake Lakers

The St. Mary Eagles will head out on the road to challenge the Bear Lake Lakers at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

St. Mary will head out to face Bear Lake after giving up their first home loss of the season on Saturday. St. Mary lost to Jefferson at home by a 54-39 margin. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Bear Lake's undefeated season came to an end after five games two weeks ago. They took a 79-66 hit to the loss column at the hands of Pentwater. The loss was the Lakers' first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Bear Lake fell to 5-1. As for St. Mary, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 5-2.
