Volleyball Recap: Roosevelt Comes Up Short

Roosevelt was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 2-0 to the Prosser Falcons, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Rough Riders of the 2-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-13.

Roosevelt's record now sits at 4-8. As for Prosser, they now have a winning record of 8-7-1.

Coming up, after both having extra time off, Roosevelt and Von Steuben will shake off the rust and duke it out at 5:00 p.m. on the 15th. As for Prosser, they will welcome Intrinsic at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
