Baseball Recap: Immanuel Christian Comes Up Short

Immanuel Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 13-2 to the Trinity Christian Gryphons.

Immanuel Christian saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Aidan Baxter, who went 2-for-3 with one triple, one run, and one RBI.

Immanuel Christian's record now sits at 0-3. As for Trinity Christian, their win bumped their record up to 5-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Immanuel Christian will host Randolph-Macon Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Trinity Christian, they will welcome Saint John Paul the Great Catholic at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Gryphons' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Wolves have averaged an impressive 7.9 runs per game this season.
