Freeman had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They came out on top against the Thayer Central Titans by a score of 3-1 on Thursday. The victory was familiar territory for the Falcons, who have now won six matches in a row.

Freeman can attribute much of their success to Shiloh Wallman, who had 19 digs and one assist. Those 19 digs gave Wallman a new career-high.

When it comes to explaining why Thayer Central lost, don't look at Addison Marsh. Despite the final result, she had 25 digs and two assists. Marsh has been hot, having posted ten or more digs the last seven times she's played.

Freeman's win bumped their record up to 27-4. As for Thayer Central, they moved to 27-6 with that defeat, which also ended their five-match winning streak.

Freeman didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against Yutan on the 7th. Thayer Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
