Middlesex took care of business in their home opener on Tuesday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Lancaster Red Devils. The win continues a trend for the Chargers in their matchups with the Red Devils: they've now won seven in a row.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Middlesex is headed away from home for the first time to take on Northumberland at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Lancaster, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Northampton at 7:00 p.m. on September 9.
