Pearl River Central took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Friday. They blew past the Bay Tigers, posting a 49-0 victory. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Blue Devils also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.

Pearl River Central's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Titus Feaster, who threw for 124 yards and two touchdowns, and also rushed for 53 yards and one TD. Kendall Morrison also helped with two scores in total.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Pearl River Central was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 245 rushing yards. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Bay only rushed for 115 rushing yards.

Pearl River Central's defense stepped up as well, laying out Cameron Garcia. five times. Leading the way was Talan Johnson with two sacks. Pearl River Central received some extra help from Michael Marshall, whose fumble return for a touchdown made for one of the most unforgettable moments.

Pearl River Central wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 34-16 win against Pope John Paul II on the 5th. As for Bay, they have also already played their next game, a 20-14 loss against St. Stanislaus on the 5th.
